Why Chill-Akil?

Yucatecan heritage

We were born in Mérida in 2015. We took chilaquiles (a Mexican family dish) and reinvented them with ingredients from the Peninsula: cochinita pibil, fried plantain, edam cheese, mild habanero salsa. It isn't food from Yucatán; it's food born of Yucatán.

Three operating locations

Centro, Plaza Luxury (Montebello) and Plaza Pericenter (Caucel). Each with its own personality and volume · they're not replicas, they're a brand that adapts to the place.
