Chill-Akil Centro has been serving modern chilaquiles in the Centro Histórico of Mérida for several years. We're on Calle 62, a few blocks from Plaza Grande and the Cathedral, in one of downtown's liveliest areas. Come for breakfast after walking the historic center, or for lunch between strolls down Calles 60 and 62.
