Chill-Akil is a breakfast and lunch restaurant specializing in chilaquiles. The menu features a wide variety · from the classic red and green to our famous Chilaquiles Motuleños and seasonal creations like Chila-Pib, plus other breakfast options including our unmistakable brioche molletes or French toast with bacon and strawberries.

Chill-Akil was born in 2015 in Mérida, Yucatán with the idea of modernizing one of Mexico's most beloved dishes (chilaquiles) by creating new flavors beyond the conventional and adding a regional twist with ingredients and recipes from the Yucatán Peninsula.
